GIRLFRIENDS IN TRAINING!

Get ready ladies! Starting in November, Chizel will be starting a training program for the More Half Marathon in NYC on April 19th, 2015. November through December we will focus on the basics and in January the longer distance training will take place. 

  • Participants must pay for their own race entry
  • Bi-weekly run (be prepared to dedicate 30- 40 minutes three times a week)
  • Coaching and training is provided by Chizel for free (classes at Chizel are not included)
  • Chizel will pick up all participants' race day packets
  • Refreshments on race day 
  • Transportation to NYC on race day
  • Weekly online workouts
