ABOUT THE PROGRAM

These classes for young adults ages 11 through 18 and will feature a variety of exercises to promote strength and fitness. Classes will be twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30PM starting September 19th and continuing through October 26th.

DATES

Tuesdays and Thursdays September 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th, October 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th and 26th.

4:30-5:30pm for each session

Cost

$225.00 for 12 Sessions

$20 for drop ins
